Stolt and Odfjell sued by US company

SSG-TØNSBERG: US petrochemical company JLM Industries has
sued Stolt-Nielsen and Odfjell for millions of dollars in compensation
for what is termed "artificially high freight for chemical
cargoes", according to Platts. JLM Industries claim that
