Finnish yards may merge
SSG-TØNSBERG: Aker Kvaerner and Aker Yards are seriously contemplating a further consolidation of more yards into the management company Aker Kvaerner Yards. According to the company CEO Karl Erik Kjelstad the advantages of the merger of the two German yards amounts to around EUR 32 million per year
