April 22, 2003 Bintulu Port urged to lower tanker charges PETROLIAM Nasional Bhd (Petronas) is talking with Bintulu Port Sdn Bhd on lowering port charges for the national oil corporation's tankers carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) to export markets.
