June 4, 2003 Economists cut Singapore growth forecast for 2003 SINGAPORE: The city-state's economic outlook took a hit yesterday as private economists halved their growth forecasts for 2003 following the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak and a slowdown in manufacturing.
