Oil prices firm as war appears imminent

Following a meeting between the leaders of the US, UK and Spain
on the Azores Islands this weekend, the diplomatic window is about
to be slammed shut. The three countries agreed on a final ultimatum
to use force unless Iraq disarms fully and unconditionally immediately,
and also said that today would be the final chance
