February 25, 2004 Callao port privatization plan due Sept. or later - Peru A scheme for further private sector involvement in the Port of Callao, Peru's leading port, will not be available until September at the earliest, Silvio de Vega, an official with the country's transport and communications ministry (MTC) told BNamericas.
