September 15, 2004 Port plan: US$209mn in short-term expenditure - Peru Peru's national port development plan will focus on reinforcing the port of Callao as a regional hub as part of an initial US$209mn investment phase, according to a copy of the unpublished plan obtained by BNamericas.
