November 8, 2004 Steel, gas prices stall La Unión port construction - El Salvador High gas and steel prices are to blame for the Salvadorian government's decision to postpone the La Unión (formerly Cutuco) port construction start-up, El Mundo quoted port authority Cepa president Miguel Ángel Salaverría as saying.
