June 7, 2004 Durban harbour mouth to get R1.5bn expansion By Samantha Enslin Durban - Preparations for the R1.5 billion project to widen and deepen the Durban harbour mouth, which will begin next April and is expected to take 18 months to complete, is one of several projects under way or due to commence that will transform the port.
