June 15, 2004 Private enterprise for container port is a good idea, says Erwin By Audrey d'Angelo Cape Town - The concessioning of the Durban container terminal to be run by private enterprise would be a good partnership between the public and private sectors, Alec Erwin, the minister of public enterprises, said at a media briefing yesterday before the delivery of his budget speech.
