February 13, 2004 French firm seeks to invest in two ports Keith Wallis French shipping firm CMA CGM is negotiating to invest in two mainland ports this year as part of an expansion of shipping links between China and North America that also includes the opening of 13 extra mainland offices. But Jacques Saade, CMA CGM chairman, pledged that the firm's regional headquarters would remain in Hong Kong.
