April 8, 2004 Bidders for port concession to know fate by September By Godfrey Bivbere The 110 companies that bidded in the expression of interest in the government planned port concessioning programme would know their fate by September when winners would be disclosed in an open and transparent process, the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Chief Adebayo Sarumi, has said.
