July 4, 2005 (posted July 1) Røkke guilty Norwegian business tycoon Kjell Inge Røkke was found guilty on Friday on all counts relating to corruption in securing a boat license. Røkke and his butler John Inge Valand were both found guilty on three counts, of corruption, fraudulent breach of trust and driving a boat without a license.
