October 11, 2005 Ferry line layoffs spark anger Troubled Fjord Line of Bergen is laying off 159 crew members in a desperate move to stay out of bankruptcy court. Many Fjord Line workers are disappointed and angry that they're being replaced by cheaper foreign crews.
