THE Ceres Paragon terminal in Amsterdam is to get its first regular customer, with the Grand Alliance pledging to field two loops via the Dutch terminal — after four years of waiting. Up to 225,000 teu are expected to be generated from the weekly calls, roughly 20% of the terminal’s capacity.
