April 14, 2005 PCFC set to expand Jebel Ali port soon By Jamila Qadir DUBAI - Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) will start the Phase II of the Jebel Ali port expansion master plan soon, according to a top official from PCFC.
