January 31, 2005 Russians to Build Balkan Pipeline Combined Reports ATHENS - Russian-British oil major TNK-BP will coordinate plans for a consortium of mainly Russian companies to build a trans-Balkan pipeline that will allow Russia to sidestep shipping bottlenecks and boost oil export volumes, the Greek Development Ministry said Friday.
