Port investor PYI to buy 470m yuan worth of LPG storage assets

PYI Corp, a bulk cargo port and infrastructure firm controlled by tycoon Charles Chan Kwok-keung, said it will pay 470 million yuan (HK$455 million) in cash and convertible securities to buy liquefied petroleum gas storage assets in Wuhan in Hubei province.
