THE current boom in Asian economies and resultant rise in shipping demand has attracted the attention of the global shipping industry, said Minister of State for Finance and Transport, Lim Hwee Hua, at the inaugural Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) Singapore Conference yesterday.
