- Sembawang Shipyard wins US$221m contract
SEMBCORP Marine's wholly owned subsidiary, Sembawang Shipyard Pte Ltd, has won a US$221 million contract from Avonway Ltd of Cyprus, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordic Heavy Lift ASA of Norway, to design, construct, outfit and commission a 5,000 tonne DP3 heavy lift crane vessel.
