P.A. sues BLRA over voided port contract

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey yesterday sued the
Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority for breach of contract in
rescinding the sale of land at the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor for
development as an auto marine terminal
