the world's busiest and Europe's biggest ports - Port of Rotterdam -
and Oman's Port of Sohar have joined hands with Nikhil Gandhi's Sea
King Infrastructure Ltd (SKIL) to develop Positra as a mega
transhipment hub and industrial port at an estimated cost of Rs
6,000 crore
