Westbound box traffic from US dips 16.6%
Westbound container volumes from the U.S. showed a sharp decline
of 16.6% during the first two months of 1998 with 442,2807 TEUs,
as compared with 531,098 TEUs during the same period last year.
Except for China which registered a 2.7% increase over the same
period in 1997 totaling 57,815 TEUs, all other countries and territories
suffered declined container
