New equipment improves port productivity
COASTWEEK - - A NEW equipment and replacement policy has been
introduced by Kenya Ports Authority at Mombasa's Kilindini Port,
writes HARRY ABOK.
The policy is now in its second year of implementation and was
born out of the dire necessity to revive aging and/ or replace
dilapidated cargo handling equipment following a long period of
neglect at the port.
