- Partnerships Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk Line route Mediterranean - East Coast USA
- Slot exchange agreement on Mediterranean Gulf Express service and WestMed
 The shipping company Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk Line have entered into a slot exchange agreement on the route linking the Mediterranean with the East Coast of the United States and concerns that their services to Mediterranean Gulf Express (MGX) and WestMed.
- With the agreement, which will become operational on the 1st of March, the new configuration of the rotation of the service of Hapag-Lloyd MGX will be as follows: Cagliari, Livorno, Genoa, Barcelona, Valencia, Savannah, Port Everglades, Houston, New Orleans, Port Everglades, Cagliari.
- The new rotation of service WestMed Maersk Line will scale the ports of Marsaxlokk, Gioia Tauro, Livorno, Genoa, Fos, Valencia, Algeciras, Newark, Norfolk, Savannah, Marsaxlokk.
