- Conference on marine corrosion
- Organized dall'ATENA, will be held June 22 in Genoa
 On 22 June at 16:00 at the Aula DINAEL A2 Villa Cambiaso in Genoa, Faculty of Engineering, will hold a conference on "Marine Corrosion: State of the Art", organized by section Ligure - Piemonte dell'ATENA (Italian Association of Marine Technology).
- The conference aims to take stock of the knowledge of corrosion in the marine industry (including pleasure craft and offshore) and from the scientific point of view both in terms of industry / application.
- The meeting, coordinated by Carlo Podenzana Bonvino (President ATENA Ligure-Piemontese), will be opened by Frank Patrignani (CD Athena Ligure-Piemontese).Action will follow on the themes "Corrosion: general, control and prevention" by Marina Delucchi (University of Genoa - DICheP), "Methods of study of corrosion by Giorgio Luciano and Pierluigi Traverso (CNR / ISMAR)," Ship Structures defects - corrosion "Gianluca Mantegazza (RINA Services)," Protective coatings for steel and aluminum in the construction of super yachts "Valerio Silvagni (Boero Bartolomeo SpA) and" cathodic protection - case histories "by Gianni Bardini (Henry Polipodio Srl).
