 The National Association of Automobile Transport Companies (ANITA) are applied to road finds it unacceptable that the minimum cost of exercise that does not take into account the size and organizational structure of enterprises, technological and structural commitment required by different types of transfer and handling of goods.
- After explaining that no determination of the minimum cost of operation by the Centre on road transport activities, the data processed monthly by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation are also applicable to written contracts and, equally, to all types of transport, points out Anita that the failure to find differentiation of cost parameters for different types of transport and treatment of oral and written contracts can damage the entire system of trucking and end up imposing a fee contrary to the rules of free competition.
