- Spediporto obtained from the bottom FOR.TE funding for a vocational training project

Spediporto, the Association of Freight Forwarders and Carriers Couriers of Genoa, has obtained from the bottom FOR.TE, the largest national fund for the formation of companies operating in the service sector, the financing of vocational training project for employees of companies dedicated 2011/2012 associated.

- The project of Genoa, which has a total value of over 300 thousand euros, will cover around 30 companies and 200 employees for a total of 1,000 hours of training divided into seven different areas of learning. The training plan developed by Spediporto, with the close cooperation of trade unions and affiliated companies, has been selected, with 48 others, among the best projects presented to the call launched by the fund For.Te.
- This is the first advanced training session given by the fund companies FOR.TE Genoese belonging to the sector of shipping and logistics. Among the subjects covered, particular attention will be devoted to the topic of workplace safety regulations and the new national labor contract.
- The thematic areas that make up the project ranging from foreign languages (English and Spanish), international marketing, organization and management of SMEs in the sector, regulatory updates, safety and controls on goods. In particular, the area of international marketing is developed to consolidate the knowledge on the regulatory and commercial operators of the most important countries in terms of foreign trade and traffic generated with Italy (South America and the Far East). For the area of management, the training project also involves the study and solution of concrete cases of organizational development of small medium enterprises in the shipping industry.
- The course also provides a focus on legislative and abroad. The international freight forwarder, in fact, is called to work with equal expertise in national and international rules of law that undergo strong changes constantly as the customs legislation, the tax, insurance and safety.
- Finally, to disentangle the complexity of the issue of health checks, veterinary and phyto-pathological, the project includes a specific session at each of the principals mentioned, with the direct participation of the Administration.
- In terms of teaching and implementation of training courses, Spediporto the collaboration of the Intermodal Logistics Training Consortium (CFLI), which represents one of the most respected training organizations in the Italian sector.
