 This morning in the center of the Harbor Authority of the second reunion of the permanent table has held on the realization of the Harbor Town development plan, constituted as a result of an agenda approved of from the regional council 19 December 2006, in the course of which some modifications to the regulations are approved of unanimously and are named unanimously the representatives of the technical table: for the Municipality of, Claudius Canes field, and, in representation of Administrative divisions, Marco Grondacci; for the Region Liguria Gian Luca Hills; for the associations enviromentalists, Luca Cerretti; for the three trade-union acronyms, Ugo Mozzachiodi; for Confindustria, Lorenzo Zacutti; for the Municipality of Lerici, Laura Sacchi; for the Municipality of Portovenere, Massimiliano Martina; for trade associations, Mario Manfroni; for the Harbor Authority, Frank Pomo and Franco Lorenzani. The technical commission will meet after the festivity christmas in order to decide the job modalities and to characterize the operating protocol.-

- The study on the Italian portualità will be developed in two main phases. The first previews an analysis of the field with reference to the state of harbor infrastructures and their relative programming, also in relation to the traffics developed in the main Italian ports; to the reforms, the thematic ones of the concessions; to the financing of the participations in the ports and to the autonomy financial institution of the Harbor Authorities. The second phase, also on the base of the elements emerged in the first phase and of the indications of the EU commission in the within of the procedure under review of the trans-European nets of transport, previews the location of pointers for the resources allocation financial institutions and for the planning of the field. Objective of the study, than will be concluded at the end of the month, is also to supply a useful support to the intense activities of the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning.
