 The president of the National Association Private Ship yards (A.N.CA.NA. P.), Stefano Silvestroni, have sent a letter, that we publish below, with which have asked the minister for the economic Development, Infrastructures and Transports, Corrado Passera, a urgent encounter in order to expose the problems to it of shipbuilding the private Italian.-
- In the Silvestroni missive it evidences that "in Italy a shipbuilding emergency of the naval one does not exist alone publishes, but also of great part of that private one" and emphasizes the indispensability "that financings and contributions in favor of the shipbuilding one are put on of all the public and private section, in equal and transparent way".

- In relation to how much over, and also for poterLa informing on the important occupational and productive contribution with which the also Companies our associates could contribute to the associate-economic progress of our Country, in the course of the encounter I would wish to argue and to circostanziare the following demands.

- Like representative Association of shipbuilding the private Italian of construction of ships, on greater guarantee of homogeneity of interested national treatment of all the yard, on the document of Vice-president of the EU commission we would want to start I confront with the competent Ministry of the Italian Government.
- We consider in fact indispensable that financings and contributions in favor of the shipbuilding one are put on of all the public and private section, in equal and transparent way like necessary in order to guarantee pairs competitive conditions and to assure the effettivity of the free competition.
- In Italy a shipbuilding emergency of the naval one does not exist alone publishes, but also of great part of that private one (the most penalized during the last few years), with serious ulterior risks of traumi and closings, because of it not only disadvantage competitive regarding the European yards, but also respect to some European Countries (disadvantages that in order not to expatiate to me I would specify during the wished encounter).
- If to such disadvantages of European and European origin ulterior domestic distortions had to join, as parrebbe not to be able itself to exclude in case the access to the BEAUTIFUL financings of which over it was more not opened to all the yards potentially interested, shipbuilding naval the private one of Our Country would probably endure ulterior, indefensible and a fatal discrimination.
