The Harbor Authorities of Paris, Rouen and the Havre have constituted Haropa, a Groupement d' Intérêt Économique (GIE) that - has explained the three agencies - the birth of a great European harbor system sanctions that offers to the region of the vital French a marine landing place of international level and that place in the ranking of the main nordeuropei ports is classified to the quarter.-
- The harbor system Haropa - they have emphasized the Harbor Authorities - is developed on 14.000 hectares of areas, it enlivens a marine and fluvial annual traffic pairs almost 130 million tons and generates 40,000 direct places of work and 120,000 indirect ones.
