- Nerli (Assoporti): the bill of the government on the liberalizations ignores the requests of the cluster marine-harbor
-
- The two criticalities: the norm in extrajettison at sea topic VAT for the societies of plan for the harbor works and the norm in matter of dredgings
-
The president of the Association of the Italian Ports (Assoporti), Francesco Nerli, has manifested "worry and fort perplexity" for the lacked recepimento the requests of the marine-harbor field in the text of the bill on the liberalizations launched from the Council of Ministers past friday.-
- "Also in lack of an official and definitive text - Nerli has explained - we must take note that in nobody of the various rough drafts that circulate, we find answers to the demands that several associations of the cluster marine-harbor have introduced the government".
-
- "Two, in particular - it has specified the president of Assoporti - the criticality points that I pick: on one side the norm in extrajettison at sea topic VAT for the societies of plan for the harbor works that, at the same time, ignores role and functions of the Harbor Authorities, that is of the agencies that administer the greater national marine ports, and seems to limit that instrument of support to the harbor infrastructuring to the sun already under way procedures; from the other side, the norm in matter of dredgings that, once again, sends back to successive you decree implementing and it does not make clarity with regard to the contents of the dredging plans. So making - it has concluded Nerli - it does not answer to the requirements of certainty and celerity of the agencies that administer the ports, of the operators and after all to the necessities of entire system-Country".
