- Friuli Venice Julia, definitive approval of the bill on the portualità of regional competence

 Today the regional government of the Friuli Venice Julia has approved of in definitive way the bill "Discipline of the portualità of regional competence". The regional city council member to Infrastructures, Riccardo Riccardi, has remembered that, after yes the preliminary one of the committee last November, the provision was carried to January to the attention of the Council of Local autonomies that had unanimously expressed own positive opinion. "The bill - it has found Riccardi - if it specifically regards the harbor withins of Monfalcone and Porto Nogaro (Trieste in fact it is classified like port of call of "national interest"), wants to more face the topic of the portualità of the Friuli Venice Julia in the decided perspective of a its objective one than increase and, therefore, tying the development of the three ports to the logistic terminals to earth and the railway system, without which little road we will be able to make".-
- The city council member has explained that the norm is in particular determined to specify in definitive way the attributions of the E region the local authorities, "exceeding, in particular for Portorosega, the criticalities deriving from a managerial organization carried out from a variety of subjects operating publics in way not adequately coordinated in the harbor within"; consequently to delineate the system of government of the two ports of call; to define the procedures of formation and approval of the actions of planning and programming; at last, to establish the procedures of release and the contents of the state property concessions.

- Riccardi has remembered moreover that by the argument of the bill during Council of the Autonomies the requirement, agreed between the city council member and the same Council was emerged, of giving more incisività to the role of the interested Municipalities, that proposals and opinions participate to the choices of harbor politics (by means of to subject the regional committee), that they express the understanding on the plan of the Harbor Town development plan and take part to the intense activities of the previewed advisory Commission in law. To the same Commission they take moreover part - beside Region, harbor operators, industrial enterprises and lenders of services - also (for Monfalcone) the special Company for the Port and the Consortium for the industrial development of the Municipality of Monfalcone and (for Porto Nogaro) the Consortium for the industrial development of the Aussa zone Horn.
