Last month the traffic of the container in the Chinese ports is piled almost 14,1 million teu, with a progression of enlivened 10.2% regarding 12,8 million teu in March 2011. The traffic in the marine ports has been of 12,7 million teu (+9.7%), while in the fluvial terminals and inland +15.4% are enlivened 1,4 million teu ().-
- Last month the ports that have enlivened a volume of advanced traffic to a million container from 20 ' (teu) have been Shanghai with 2,8 million teu (+5.3%), Shenzhen with 1,7 million teu (+14.2%), Guangzhou with 1,3 million teu (+11.9%), Ningbo-Zhoushan with 1,3 million teu (+9.2%), Qingdao with 1,2 million teu (+11.1%) and Tianjin with 1,0 million teu (+4.9%).

- In the first three months of the 2012 Chinese ports they have totaled a traffic of 39,6 million teu (+8.4% on the first trimester of 2011), of which 35,6 million teu in marine ports (+8.4%) and 4,0 million teu in fluvial ports/inland (+8.1%). Between the main ports for traffic volume they figure Shanghai with 7,6 million teu (+4.0%), Shenzhen with 5,0 million teu (- 1.2%) and Ningbo-Zhoushan with 3,8 million teu (+11.9%).
