- HSBC Bank will sell the society of shipbroking and advising HSBC Shipping Services

Financial the bank group and HSBC Bank will sell the society of shipbroking and advising HSBC Shipping Services Ltd. to senior management of the same company. HSBC Bank has specified that successively to the transaction, than it is previewed will be completed in the last trimester of this year, the services to the industry of the shipping, with the exception of those of marine brokerage and advising, will continue to being supplied from the HSBC group.-
- HSBC Shipping Services, than currently integrally is controlled HSBC Bank, will be renamed Hartland Shipping Services Ltd. and it will come acquired from a society purposely constituted by management of the company. Moreover Hartland will sign an agreement based on which it will supply services of advising and specialized services for the marine field to the HSBC group.
