- Japan's NYK becomes sole owner of French
- Acquired 80% of the capital held by Total
- The Japanese shipowners' group Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK)
acquired by the oil company Total 80% of the capital of the
gazocean becoming the sole owner of the company that has
marseille and deals with the management of six gas vessels
natural liquefied. The Japanese group explained that
the operation will strengthen the Company's ship management system
NYK and will strengthen its gas transportation business
natural liquefied group in France.
- The fleet operated by Gazocean consists of a
capacity of 74,500 cubic meters, from five cubic meters of the
150,000-154,000 cubic meters and a 174,000 cubic meter ship.
