- Hamburg Süd will restructure the services that connect the North Europe/Med with the coast the west of the North, Center and South America

 The shipowning society German Hamburg Süd has announced today a restructure of own services of line that connect the North Europe and the Mediterranean with the western coast of North America, headquarters and meridional that will be put into effect the next February.-
- Current spin 2 of the Eurosal service, that it is operated with eight portacontainer by 1.800 teu of which three each from Hamburg Süd and Hapag-Lloyd and two from CMA CGM, will be realized with eight ships from 3.500 teu. The spin will touch the ports of Rotterdam, Amburgo, Antwerp, the Havre, Kingston, Cartagena, Manzanillo (Panama hat), Guayaquil, Callao, Paita, Guayaquil, Buenaventura, Manzanillo (Panama hat), Cartagena, Rotterdam.

- Spin 1 of the Eurosal service, that it connects the Europe North with the coast the west of the central and southern America, will remain instead unchanged and will continue to being operated with eight portacontainer Panamax (four ships is for Hamburg Süd that for the Hapag-Lloyd compatriot). The spin of the ports of call will continue to being the following one: Rotterdam, Amburgo, Tilbury, Antwerp, Caucedo, Cartagena, Manzanillo (Panama hat), Callao, Valparaiso, Callao, Manzanillo (Panama hat), Cartagena, Caucedo, Rotterdam.

- Moreover Hamburg Süd will place side by side Hapag-Lloyd in the Mediterranean line, North America West Coast Service (MCPS) supplying two of the ten ships from 2.500 teu used in the service, whose frequency will go up from 11 days to weekly magazine. Such participation will replace current service CAMS operated from Hamburg Süd between the Mediterranean and Caraibi that carries out ports of call to Valencia, Cartagena, Puerto Limon, Lisbon, Savona Vado and Tarragona. - At last current service WAMS of Hamburg Süd will be concentrated on the ports of call of the western coast of the America North and the Caribbean and will be operated with four portacontainer by 1.750 teu, of which three of Hamburg Süd and one of the Compañía Chilena de Navegación Interoceánica (CCNI). The spin will be: Cartagena, Puerto Quetzal, Manzanillo (Mexico), Long Beach, Oakland, Manzanillo (Mexico), Lazaro Cardenas, Puerto Quetzal, Cartagena.
