- Railway group SBB CFF FFS has closed 2011 with a clearly consolidated result of 338,7 million franchi (+13.5%)

 Last year railway group Helvetic SBB CFF FFS has transported 356,6 million passengers, with an increment of 2.7% on 2010, and has enlivened a traffic of the goods clean pairs to 12.346 million ton-kilometer, in decrease of 5.8% on 2010.-
- In the 2011 company it has recorded revenues for 8,021, 7 million franchi Swiss ones, with an increase of 3.4% on 2010, of which 4,431, 2 million generated from the traffic of passengers (+3.5%), 956,1 million from the traffic goods (- 2.7%) and 3,443, 3 million from infrastructure (+5.8%). The operating costs are piled altogether to 7.492, 1 million franchi Swiss (- 2.2%). Operating result (EBIT) has attested 529,7 million franchi Swiss (to +24.2%) and the clearly consolidated result to 338,7 million franchi Swiss (+13.5%).

- The traffic fleeting has recorded a clean bending of the result clearly, that it has totaled 213,9 million franchi Swiss (- 26.9%). The Swiss company has explained that such decrease is explained on one side with a contraction of the demand for transport performances and from the other with an increase of the taxes for I use it of the traces regarding 2010. The traffic goods has closed the 2011 with Swiss a net loss of 45,9 million franchi respect to a loss of 64,0 million in the year precedence.

- SBB CFF FFS has emphasized that the group takes advantage of own railway net with an intensity that does not know equal in no other railroad of the world: in the 2011 number of trace-kilometer covered is gone up of 1.0% reaching 165,1 million so. Daily on every kilometer of railroads of the net of the railway group 96,3 trains (2010 journey in average: 95,4).

- Moreover SBB CFF FFS has evidenced the punctuality record of the services: last year 89.8% of the passengers of the railway group have reached destination with not more than three minutes than delay (2010: 87%) and in 97.7% of all the cases have been possible to guarantee coincidences (2010: 97.2%). In the national traffic goods 98.4% of the trains have brought back less than 30 minutes than delay, having made so to record a punctuality of advanced arrival to that of the year precedence (98.2%).
