Azzerata la crescita della movimentazione di container pieni nel porto di Hong Kong
Nel primo semestre è aumentata solo la movimentazione di container vuoti
Nel primo semestre di quest’anno il porto di Hong Kong ha registrato una movimentazione dei container pari a 10.710.000 teu, con una progressione dell’1% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2004. I dati finali sul traffico totalizzato dallo scalo asiatico nella prima metà del 2005 sono stati resi noti oggi dal Census and Statistics Department di Hong Kong. La prima stima dell’Hong Kong Port Development Council sul traffico dei container realizzato nel primo semestre di quest’anno mostrava un volume movimentato lievemente superiore (inforMARE del
15 luglio 2005).
Da rilevare come la movimentazione di container pieni sia rimasta la medesima del primo semestre 2004; l’aumento complessivo del traffico containerizzato è stato determinato dall’incremento del 5% della movimentazione di container vuoti.
Nel primo semestre del 2005 il porto di Hong Kong ha movimentato complessivamente 111,9 milioni di tonnellate di merci, in crescita dell’1% rispetto alla prima metà dello scorso anno.
