In diminuzione i flussi di traffici internazionali containerizzati
nel porto di Hong Kong
Nel secondo trimestre sono stati movimentati 4,45 milioni di
teu (-1%). Il traffico oceanico di teu pieni è calato del
5%
Il traffico container nel porto di Hong Kong è aumentato
dell'1,38% nei primi sei mesi di quest'anno, totalizzando circa
8.612.000 teu (inforMARE del
4 settembre
2001). Se nel primo trimestre, con complessivi 4.165.000
teu, è stato registrato un incremento del 4% rispetto allo
stesso periodo del 2000, nel secondo trimestre il traffico è
invece diminuito dell'1%, attestandosi sui 4.447.000 teu. Quest'ultimo
consuntivo consiste di 3,5 milioni di container pieni (-1%) e
di 900mila container vuoti (-2%). Il traffico oceanico di container
pieni è risultato pari a 2,8 milioni di teu (-5%), mentre
il traffico fluviale di container container pieni è stato
pari a 800mila teu (+17%).
Nel secondo trimestre del 2001 il traffico merci è stato
complessivamente di 45,5 milioni di tonnellate, con un incremento
del 3% rispetto al corrispondente periodo del 2000, ma con una
flessione del 6% rispetto ai primi tre mesi di quest'anno. Il
traffico oceanico è inoltre risultato pressoché
invariato rispetto al secondo trimestre dello scorso anno, mentre
quello fluviale ha mostrato un aumento del 10%.
Le importazioni sono cresciute del 4%, salendo a 28,4 milioni
di tonnellate. Sono risultati particolarmente sostenuti i flussi
di merci provenienti dall'Indonesia (+78%), dalla Malaysia (+50%),
dall'Australia (+34%) e dal mercato cinese (+13%); a fronte di
lievi variazioni nei traffici provenienti da Singapore e Taiwan,
sono state inoltre registrate flessioni in quelli provenienti
da Giappone (-7%), Corea del Sud (-6%), Tailandia (-6%) e Stati
Uniti (-5%).
Il livello delle esportazioni, con un totale di 17,1 milioni di
tonnellate, è invece risultato analogo a quello registrato
nel periodo aprile-giugno del 2000. Incrementi sono stati riportati
nei confronti del mercato cinese (+8%), delle Filippine (+7%)
e del Giappone (+6%), mentre decrementi consistenti sono stati
registrati negli imbarchi per Olanda (-22%), Singapore (-18%),
Regno Unito (-16%) e Macao (-12%), e meno rilevanti per Stati
Uniti (-8%), Germania (-6%) e Taiwan (-3%).
Con complessive 88,6 milioni di tonnellate, nel primo semestre
di quest'anno il traffico merci ha registrato un incremento del
5,3% rispetto al primo semestre del 2000.
Nel secondo trimestre di quest'anno hanno scalato ad Hong Kong
9.030 navi oceaniche (-2%), per una stazza netta complessiva di
64,6 milioni di tonnellate (+7%). Gli scali di unità fluviali
sono ammontati a 44.700 (-1%), per 16,1 milioni di tonnellate
di stazza netta (+12%).
