MEMBER carriers of the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement are to enforce a peak season surcharge of US$300 per FEU from June to November next year to compensate for elevated costs sparked by equipment imbalances.

In addition, lines plying the Asia to Canada route will boost rates similar to those requested by carriers on the Asia to US route.
