L’agenda est dominé par des aspects aussi divers que l’environnement, la sécurité, les routes alternatives, le transport combiné. L’association des transporteurs routiers allemands BGL critique la manière dont les ministres européens du Transport entendent augmenter la sécurité du trafic alpin et plus particulièrement dans les tunnels. Liège se tourne vers Anvers pour s’incrire dans les trafics containérisés “La containérisation n’est pas une réussite à Liège et je profite de ma présence dans ces milieux anversois pour lancer un appel. Nous avons un terminal équipé pour ce trafic, des allèges porte-containers ont déjà été chargées et une récente étude a démontré que dans un rayon de 100 km, il y a un potentiel de 14 à 15.000 containers qui peuvent utiliser la voie d’eau.
