for domestic seafarers

 Ukraine's parliament has rejected a petition aimed at
request changes to the new law on travel abroad in order to
to allow Ukrainian seafarers to work as operators
of essential infrastructures. The petition, with a collection of
signatures that had been started on March 22, had collected 25,058
Subscriptions. The parliament decided that the question of the
granting of derogations from martial law introduced due to
of the invasion of the national territory by the troops of the
Russia should be assessed solely on the basis of needs
of the defense and functioning of the Ukrainian economy,
critical infrastructure and of each person according to circumstances
evaluated individually.
