- The shareholders' meeting also approved the 2021 financial statements

 The shareholders' meeting of SOS LOGistica, the association whose
the aim is to promote the culture of sustainability
in the logistics sector, approved by unanimous vote the
2021 budget and confirmed all the corporate offices, with the
board of directors led by president Daniele Testi and vice-presidents
presidents Alberto Accetta, Luigi Pignatelli, Renzo Provedel and Luca
Vecchio and with Andrea Scarparo at the treasury and the committee of
probiviri composed by Maurizio Bussolo, Giovanni Leonida, Sebastiano
Grasso, Elena Riva and Anna Elisa Fersini.-
- "I am grateful to all the members - said the reconfirmed
president Daniele Testi - who support the activities of the
association for this trust. The recent focus on the sector
of logistics and mobility confirms the importance of
ecosystems of skills that can actively contribute to the
improvement of the sustainability performance of
suppliers and clients of logistics. Ours
association has been playing this role for over 17 years and we are aware
how urgent and necessary it is to provide and develop tools, and
concrete and operational models that help cultural transformation
of the sector'.
