An agreement has been signed to acquire the entire capital of the company
ship leasing Ocean Yield which is currently owned by

The parties involved in the agreement have highlighted that under the
owned by KKR, Ocean Yield has invested over three
billion dollars to expand its portfolio and has almost
doubled the value of long-term rental contracts
raising it to more than five billion dollars.
In 2025, Ocean Yield reported revenues of €251.0 million
of dollars, with an increase of +2.9% on the annual year
previous. Ebitda amounted to 227.1
million (+1.8%) and net profit at $90.8 million (-6.0%).
