Celanese n’exclut pas qu’une partie des exportations depuis les usines allemandes du groupe transite par Anvers.

Celui-ci a ouvert une période d’observation de six mois. La société - qui est cotée en bourse sur le deuxième marché - dit qu’elle compte se redresser en 2001 et déclare que sa mise en redressement judiciaire est un accident de parcours. Il n’empêche qu’elle se traîne depuis plus de deux ans, entre autres parce qu’elle avait négligé les transports routiers, son activité de base, pour se consacrer à la logistique pure, “sans pneus”.
