- Filt Cgil, the latest draft of the decree-law on transport
puts competition at risk
-
- Malorgio: presents a real assist for all those
shipowners who also have logistics activities on the ground
-
Filt Cgil denounces that the latest draft of the decree-law on
"Urgent provisions for the security and development of
transport and sustainable mobility infrastructure"
puts competition in the logistics sector at risk. It is
- explained the secretary general of the Filt Cgil, Stefano
Malorgio - "a measure that would sanction a real
overcoming the constraints on competition, opening up the whole world
of the Italian logistics chain to those transport players
maritime beneficiaries of tax conditions of all favor'.-
- Malorgio specified that the measure "presents a
real assist for all those owners who also have
logistics activities on the ground, for which they would use,
as it derives from the main transport activity
maritime, of the same tax and contribution benefits provided by the
International Register, considering the imminent extension to all
maritime carriers flying the flag of the Community.' "A
considerable benefit - added the secretary general of the Filt
Cgil - which represents a slap in the face to the country, just as you are
in search of resources to give answers to families living
a situation of difficulty, deriving above all from the
ongoing speculation on energy goods. In addition, compared to all
the other carriers of maritime transport, a real
and precisely structural dumping by some large operators,
favoring in fact an evident economic dominance, capable of
influence the government's own economic choices. È - ha
concluded Malorgio - an unacceptable drift that must be rejected".
