Last Friday in the Longkou shipyard of the
Chinese CIMC Raffles took place the baptism ceremony of the
new jack-up Perro Negro 11 that at the end of the year will enter to
be part of Saipem's drilling fleet. The ship is
was ordered by Singapore's Ocean Challenger, the company
of asset management of the same Chinese group China
International Marine Containers (CIMC), and was taken to
bareboat rental from the Italian company as part of a
contract lasting five consecutive years, with a further two
years in option, for drilling works in the Gulf area
Persico taking advantage of the positive trend of the reference market.-
- Saipem has announced that on the occasion of this meeting it is
a memorandum of understanding was also signed between CMC Raffles and
