A.P. Moller Capital, infrastructure investment vehicle
of the Danish Møller family of shipowners, has signed a
binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in the
Belgian terminal operator Euroports. The operation will involve
the exit from the share capital of the Luxembourg company
R-Logitech, which already two years ago had demonstrated
the intention to sell its entire shareholding (

infrastructure fund management company A.P. Moller
Capital specified that it will acquire the stake in Euroports
through a separately managed fund.

over 50 port and inland terminals with about 40 kilometers of
docks in ten European countries and China handling over 70
million tons of forest products per year,
Steel & Metals, Sugar, Fertilizers & Minerals, Agribulk,
liquids, fruit and vegetables, project cargo, ro-ro and containers.
In addition, the Belgian company operates the Manuport freight forwarding house
Logistics (MPL). In Italy, Euroports is present
mainly through terminal terminal company Terminal
Rimuse Venezia operating a bulk terminal in Porto Marghera
through a concession contract whose duration last year
has been extended by 25 years
(

March 2025). Among the acquisitions recently made by the
Euroports group, the latest concerns the management of the Greek port of Kavala
(

February 2025).
