    Cranes for the new facility are on their way from Shanghai, where Sea-Land has had new cranes built for its operations in Oman and Hong Kong. The Brisbane cranes were pulled out of Sea-Land's Hong Kong operation and have been modified for the new Australian operation. They will arrive in Brisbane at the end of the month.

    Freight transport services from Victoria's flood-ravaged Gippsland region have been given a timely boost, with plans to build a new $3 million intermodal freight hub announced this week.
    The new road/rail terminal, to be established at the Hazelwood Public siding on land of the old power station at Morwell East, is being developed by National Logistics Coordinators in cooperation with V/Line freight.
